At the Canada Post Foundation for Mental Health we are committed to protecting your privacy. We value your trust and recognize that maintaining this trust requires that we be open and accountable in our treatment of the information that you choose to share with us.
Your donation helps to ensure that the Foundation can fulfill its mission to provide support to those directly affected by mental illness. In order to do this, we gather and use a minimal amount of personal information.

This information can include an individual's opinions or beliefs, as well as facts about, or related to, the individual. Business contact information and certain publicly available information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers as published in telephone directories, are not considered personal information.

The Canada Post Foundation for Mental Health respects the privacy of our donors; we do not sell, rent, or trade our donor lists. We collect, use and disclose personal information only for the purpose of processing donations, keeping our donors informed about the activities of the Foundation, and to ask for your support.
Anyone from whom we collect information can expect that it will be carefully protected and that any use of this information is subject to consent. We offer our donors and prospective donors the option of limiting the amount of information they receive from the Foundation by opting-out of future contact.
