Canada Post wishes to advise its customers we are still accepting mail for Northern European destinations. Due to the impact of the Iceland volcano on air travel, we cannot guarantee service standards for international mail and parcel products destined to, or routed through Northern Europe. Mail is being secured at the airlines (British Airways and Lufthansa, Swiss Air, Air France & KLM) and will be flown to its destination once the airlines resume flying to Europe. In addition, please note that international mail coming into Canada from Northern Europe is also delayed and will resume once flight restrictions have been lifted.
