This service is available to public libraries, university libraries, and libraries maintained by non-profit organizations for use by the general public in Canada to mail library books to their Canadian patrons. This service is for books only and NOT tapes, videos or records.
Your library must complete a Library Books Application Form and be authorized by the Canadian Library Association to use this service.
Rates are based on a per item cost plus weight and destination. Postage paid by your library at the time of mailing covers both the outgoing and the return postage.
