How can I get a commercial customer number?

Commercial customers benefit from a number of special features, including the suite of online shipping tools accessible through our Online Business Centre.

You can obtain a commercial customer number 2 ways:

1. Sign a volume-based contract
   
   To qualify for a volume-based commercial agreement for domestic parcels, you must make a minimum of 750 parcel shipments per year. To apply, please contact the Commercial Service Network 1-866-757-5480.

   Our VentureOne program is designed for small business customers, providing them with savings, special offers, and value-added benefits. Join VentureOne today.
