Canada Post’s Personal Vault includes handy personal info cards to help you keep track of your immunizations and vaccinations. That means you can access your immuniziation data online anytime from anywhere. You can also share your records with trusted contacts.

How it works
- From the Vault tab inside epost, select Add Form and then choose Immunizations.
- Fill out the form, entering the name and date of your immunization or vaccination.
- Select the plus (+) symbol in the bottom left corner to add another immunization form.
- At the top of the form, in the Form Name field, enter a descriptive name for your immunizations.
Example: Jack’s immunizations - Then, in the Name field, just include the name of the vaccination.
Example: Influenza - In the Notes section, indicate if and when you need additional vaccinations:
Example: Get a flu shot annually.
