Question

A letter arrived damaged. What can I do?

Answer

Although we are committed to handling your mail with care, occasionally mail can become damaged during processing. When we notice a damaged letter, we seal it in a plastic sleeve accompanied by a letter notifying you of the damage.

Regular letters are not insured and therefore we cannot provide compensation for damage.

However, if your damaged item was sent through a trackable service, contact the sender, who can file a claim.
